Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission [Jserc] — irregular power supply

My consumer code is krk 4147. Location - shivshakti nagar, haider ali road, kokar, ranchi. Few months ago my meter had been changed to digital electronic meter, but for connection the wire has been used improperly, as aluminium wire is connected with copper wire. Due to this there is regular power supply break occurs. As per electricity board staff they can not open or connect the new wire without proper approval from the board. So you are requested to do the needful so that the matter can be solved.

The meter reader of chutia name ravi is demanding money for damage meter he always damage the meter when bill is not paid by the customer then he will damage the meter and and demand 5000 or enough money for damging meter now he is working in namkum but still doing the same work his no is [protected]
