Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission [Jserc] — over billing after doing online electric bill payment

Dear sir, i rajkishore pandit usually make online electricity bill payments, but last month when i made an online payment of 472 rupees on 07/09/2017 on consumer no - gbds000004, the amount didn't got deducted and i have got a bill of 683 rupee currently. I have complained in the office also but no actions are taken yet. I am attaching the e-receipt and the current month bill. Please settle the issue as soon as possible.
