Constant power cut for almost 4 days in my area, hazaribagh and in spite of various complains no action is being taken. Why every department is irresponsible and not listening to our needs and necessity. We pay bills and we need regular power supply, we are humans but unfortunately you think o[censored]s animals or even worst than that that is why you are not providing us electricity in such hot weather..
