I booked my Jio WiFi and TV Channel with Jio Fab on 26 Sept 2023. They rang up for connection on 27 Sept between 11AM-1 PM. No one came. On checking they confirmed for 28th sept but no one came. Again on 29th even after confirmation no one came. On continuous complaints through free toll they came on 30 and installed and went without getting it checked. There has been no sound on channels. The number of the installer [protected] was not working since it was not charge. Complained at free toll number [protected]. They said we will attend to your call after 3 days. When asked for refund since installing is not done correctly and completely they said there will be no refund. It is shocking for an 80 years old couple who have been deprived of the only entertainment for 6 days in a row, Have been continuously harassment and charged for 5 months in advance but no service from the very day.
