Jio Number — Refund issue with jio

Jio is a big scam please all be aware.
I had requested online number purchase and on same day a guy came to my house he has taken all the details and asked for 399 rs recharge which i did with gpay. and he said it will get active after 4 hrs and from jio i have got message due to some information miss match my request is declined i called to that person and he said your money will get refunded in 10 days and this is 20 days today i have not received the refund and also his manager and that guy not picking up the call.

Now i regret on my mistake i would have gone to the market and buy a sim at 30 rs.

I don’t think i will get my money back.
