[Resolved]  Jiomart — Product was not delivered

Dear All,

I was not delivered a product of 2 bags of rice amounting to rs.178/- for which I had prepaid the amount. I had called up the customer service and raised a complaint about the same, but even after 18 days of raising the complaint, no refund has been received. They keep telling that I will get the refund in next 3 days, but no action on the same. Kindly help me with this.

My refund has not been done even after 18 days of raising the issue and they have again closed my request on their site and here as well. They have sent me an email asking another 72 hours to wait. Do you think customer should be harassed to follow up with jiomart for their prepaid order refunds. Not fair at all.
