I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding a product I purchased from Joire Company. Specifically, I purchased their peeling oil, which was marketed to reduce pigmentation. However, upon using the product, I experienced severe adverse reactions, including second-degree burns and blistering on my skin.
Despite my attempts to seek assistance and resolution by contacting Joire Company's customer service team, I have received no satisfactory response. They have dismissed my concerns and provided no guidance or support to address the damage caused by their product. Furthermore, their communication has been extremely delayed and unhelpful.
This experience has not only caused me physical harm but also significant emotional distress and financial burden. It is deeply concerning that a product intended for skincare purposes would lead to such severe reactions, and the lack of accountability and support from Joire Company exacerbates the situation.
