We are sorry for applying 2 times for same candidate without knowingly, i kindly request for cancel one application, in the month of march 11 2018 we applied for jipmer entrance exam for mbbs and for the same candidate we applied 2 time by unknowingly, this will be duplication we request you to cancel one application form and bellow i have mentioned 2 application numbers, please kindly do the needful
