JK Bank — I'm complaining about my refund

Address: Bus stand reasi, jammu and kashmir, Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir

I have applied for refund of rs 3440 from amazon. The amount of rs 3440 has been initiated from the merchant on[protected] which should be reflected on[protected] in my account but the amount is not reflecting in my account number.
Now neither the amazon nor the jk bank is providing me any solution to this problem. So please help me.
