The services provided by JKMedia network is very deplorable.
I bought setup box in February and it stopped working the very next month(March).
The quality of settop box was already very bad.
The dealer has not even provided me the receipt of the purchased set top box.
The dealers concerned do not even talk properly and ill-mannered.
He threatened me like "Jaha complaint karni hai karlo, hume koi fark nahi padta".
Sir, I feel helpless in this situation which is why I am writing this to you as I have no other option.
Kindly Take Suitable action. Such dealers must be looting many others like me.
