JK Technosoft — PF Transfer Pending

Hi Sir,

I am Amal K. I worked at JKT from 22nd June 2022 to 03 February 2023. Details are below:

Previous Company : JK Technosoft,
Employee Code : 006013
PF Number : DSNHP[protected]JKT trust)/DSNHP[protected]epfo)

Currently I am working in a new company and I have applied for transfer my PF amount from JK Technosoft to my new company PF account through online epfo portal in April-2023.

My tranfer request is pending with JK Tech since last 6 months, I had contacted Ravi Sharma (Finance manager) and Vedanshee Agrawal(HR) regarding this as per them the JK Tech PF trust is being surrendered to epfo and my request will be served latest by August, but now it is October and the request is still pending with JK Tech. Also they no more respond to emails/queries.

Could you please suggest what should i do next?
