I have purchased new Maruti Ertiga on 7th July 2015. It has jk tyres with it. My car is just 5 months old and its co-driver side tyre got burst and Driver side tyre got punctured more than 5 times. all the tyres are tubeless and car running is hardly 2500km in 5 months. JK tyre has poor quality and very pathetic experience

JK Tyre engineer visited my place to inspect the burst and punctured tyre, however he refused to replace it by giving the reason that it was not manufacturing defect and any other reason it doesn't come under warranty. He suggested me to purchase a new tyre and if i purchase JK tyre he assured me discount on new tyre.
I am disappointed that company is not taking any responsibility and not ready to help the customers so how can i purchase new tyre from JK tyres. I will definitely opt for other brands and will never suggest anyone to buy JK tyre.
JK tyre, i am disappointed with this and decided not to purchase JK Tyre in future.

Tyre worn out

Hi, I bought new Honda Amaze in the month of Jan 16, after running 2000km front tyre got a cut..Request you to arrange for the replacement. Car bought from Ace Honda sector 11 Noida. Arrangement to be done in Ghaziabad near Vasundhara, indirapuram.

Tyre problem in brand new car

Brand new car Maruti Swift Dzire LDI bearing No. DL9CAU3253 was purchased, after running around[protected] KMs front driver side tyre was punctured at least four place, in side (not suface side) all in around 2 to 3 inch distance. Contacted car dealer, who asked to register the complaint with you.
