Jmd Investigations Agra — motorbike theft claim

My motorbike up14 cz 8921 was stolen. I had registered claim to bajaj insurance. The surveyor assigned came for jmd investigations agra. He had collected my original rc, insurance, bike keys, fir, rto complaint, safe custody, form 26, 28, 29 & 30 along with 2 500 rs stamp paper, 2 100 rs stamp paper on 7th sep 2018. He came around 8pm and was rude in his behavior. We had to arrange neighbor for justifications at that time which was caused a lot of inconveniences. Now the claim officer is not picking up my phones. I have already invested around 5000 (Including travel visits to rto and other places). He had not provided any acknowlegments for the document. I fear whether he will be careful in submitting all documents. I was perusing about jmd investigations agra and found couple of posts where jmd people misplaces the documents and claims they never received this. I called to bajaj allianz customer care service, they said nothing had been updated for your claim. I had informed them about my issue. They said they will look into it.
I hope my voice reaches to jmd investigations manager and upper management and would like a confirmation of documents at their end.
