Jntuk — Login issuse

Sir,

I am Yerriboina Avinash. I forgot my password and when I logging it was showing invalid credentials and I can't even change my password.
unable to retrieve the password by using forgot password. Actually, i getting
504 Gateway Time-out error when i try to forget my password process.

Please do the needful ASAP.
