I have similar experience what Mr. Mayank Mithaiwala and Mr. smr faced.
I paid Rs.20,000/- to air king International in year 2003 through Bank Demand Draft as processing fee for Canada emigration.
They promised visa will be arrange within eight months.
But as of today almost 10 years passed they not given any feed back on this matter. I am repeatedly requesting them to refund my hard earned money.

Could anybody guide me how take legal action them? Hope there will be more people got cheated by them.
