[Resolved]  Deep Enterprises — Fraud with students

Dear Sir/Mam, Deep Enterprises is a job providing consultancy. They charge RS.3000 from student and gives the surety to join in any company of related field within 5 days. Date : 27July 2013 I Prateek searching a job for my friend visited their office for a job in Pharama company. A mam their Nimrat Kaur told me whole procedure (as same) and also told within three days we will start conducting your interview and within a week you will defiantly join somewhere. I asked why are you so much she replied 1000 is our registration fees and 2000 is documentation charges in companies. I ok and paid money. After 3 days I visited their office with friend she said you have been shortlisted in cipla company and interview will be on day after tomorrow at Mohali. I will forward the address with details tomorrow by 4Pm. Next day till 4.30Pm we didn't got any sms and also they were not picking the cell phones. When I reached their office that was locked. Next morning again I visited their office she told they have a issue interview is rescheduled and it will take two more days and will took place in Baddi and don't worry one of our employee (Poonam) will go with you or you can go directly. Please meet Ms. Poonam day after tomorrow at 9:30PM at office if you want to go with her and just call me before coming. When day came we called to them but they didn't pickup any call we visited to their office and we were surprised Nimrat said actually interview will not took place today concerned person is not available. And we will let you know by evening. But as usual no call. Day after tomorrow I visited their office there were both mams (Nimrat and Poonam) Poonam told me that my friend will not got the job in cipla there is any issue. I asked the issue but she refused. Then I asked for next she told I will arrange somewhere else just wait for one day. Next day agin they didn't pick the call I visited their office Poonam told that resume is shortlisted in Baddi company you will have to go their by day after tomorrow and I will forward the address by msg. Tomorrow no message I again visited their office she given me address and told me to confirm interview timings before going. Next day I called her she told HR mam is busy and we will let you know but whole day passed but no information. Next day again her office I visited then she told me the same we will let you know. In evening I called to them and asked for that HR mam number she refused to provide and said tomorrow morning we will let you know. Next morning when visited her office she told recently she had a talk with HR mam and know you will get a call from HR mam but for 3 days no call no information. Date: 7august 2013 Again as usual I visited their office Ms. Poonam told me that due to independence day hirings are not going on so it will be after that please visit our office 17August I wil give you detail of company and concerned person and within two days candidate can join. I tried many times their cell numbers but all were switched off. On 16August I visited their office but that was locked. One of security gaurd told me that they are on leave and will be back on 21August. I ok lets wait. When I was going back I met two to three students who have registered their self with Deep Enterprises from last 3 months (May, June) with Rs 5000 but none of them got any call from them and not appeared for any interview. On 22August I visited their office, there both the mams were available I asked where you were she told MD's father were not more so we were off. I asked for interview she told we will message you in evening I visited again but same came tomorrow we will provide you tomorrow. Now they always shuot on us. Sir, It my request please take any serious action against such a fraud comapnies who are just making people fools. I know it was my mistake also but they are doing very wrong. I don't need my money back but wants that no one other will face such problem. So, please sir take any serious action as soon as possible I will help you to my best.
