Msys Technologies — Very worst HR response

HR team dont know how to handle a candidate. very worst response and no professionalism. thank god i dint join there

Be very careful with this company.Its a chennai based company and seems like their employees work for personal friends or fraud agencies.This is my experience.A guy called yuvraj called me in talked in local language about client billing etc as usual and surprisingly he asked me mailing address for submitting.I asked several times why do you need an address and he further reaffirmed that the client needs address, he took my ssn last 4 digits.Well after that the guys phone number doesnt reach back when I called on monday.It directly went to voicemail.I was lucky since I had a hunch and gave a wrong mailing address.And then I called in the companies phone USA number and asked for yuuvraj.They said he works in a different department.I finally somehow got to reach him for which he said the client said there is a double submission.Hence beware of such recruiting companies who steal your personal data.

i think its important to protect ourselves against these kind of fraud agencies.I heard americans are now the target and no wonder people call in for credit card applications and do exactly the same.Now this is happening with recruitment companies too.They take advantage o[censored]s consultant, make money out o[censored]s and exactly throw us out when we dont have projects.Now since they have the advantage of calling us from india this probably might be additional income for them to gather our information to these credit card agencies.Who knows its a very corrupt world.In my mind its your mistake man to post your resume over the job market and its your responsiblity to ensure that you dont give your personal details when someone from any companies called.
And also to write a review on the company I believe is wrong having said that its completely to write any kind of review because united states law permits us to post but you must think from your heart whether to blame the company for it although its legal to post.Because if whoever the employee who called you and asked the mailing address the company may not be held accountable.Probably the recruiters from india do not realize that its against the united states law to ask somebody`s mailing address and actually you can sue the company if you need or possible you can call the helpline internet fraud united states number and report and they will investigate as you must understand that all calls are recorded and internet fraud agencies have access to these recordings.


I would advice you to go legal and report to agencies and post it once they confirm that its a fraud rather than posting it here blaming the company.I hope this helps you but yes it is true that we must stay careful with these recruitment agencies who use the cover of recruitment to gather our details and misuse our job search for their personal reasons.

Common Buddy dont cry...Get over the fact and understand these bunch of people working behind to get our mailing address can do nothing with that and your ssn.I would advice you to report to internet fraud agencies on this...
