[Resolved]  Nextworld Immigration — Fraud by giving wrong information

Dear Sir, I am Amit Gupta and was working in USA as pastry maker from July 2005 to March 2011. In May 2009 when I came to India on vacation I got call from Next world Immigration that I can move to Canada, Australia, Denmark very easily if you are interested please come to our office. > > There I met Miss Harleen she told me the entire plan on her printed estimate paper which was 25000 Rs not refundable professional fees Rs 15000+ 700 $= 50000 Rs. Embassy fees Rs. 22340 Per Individual which is with my wife was Rs.44680. You have to clear IELTS for your English proficiency which cost is Rs.7200 by British council. Professional charge you have to pay when you get the visa.( I keep that paper as evidence with me) In case your visa will rejected we don’t refund Rs.25000 your all fees will return, so total risk is Rs. 25000 only and in 8 to 9 months you will get visa.

> > From US I called my wife she said Sharat is asking another Rs15000+700$ fees I called Sharat he said this fees should be sent Sydney I was in Trap and we paid with Embassy fees of Rs.50000 Because my wife was pregnant can’t travel,Now this time we already paid all of amount which was decided. From long time I don’t get any reply from Next world.

I asked Sharat I don’t have any information about this amount he said just read that book which you signed before you go USA. I read and again I paid 53000 Rs.

Where I have to score 7 each Reading writing speaking or listening When I was in examination centre I realize if I will give this exam 100 times I can’t score this much this is impossible. And I got overall 5 band sharat told me you give exam again but I know if I give exam again I can’t score this much,as per Harleen she gave me wrong advised that English level like 12 standard. Now this time I already finished 5 months at home without salary so I went again USA but my company didn’t take me back on duty because as per company law after 4 months off the ship company don’t continue services from 31th July 2010 to 27th November 2010 I stayed in USA without job in hostel because I don’t have money to buy air ticket to come back India. After long discussion with my company they hired me for three months 27th November2011 to 5th March 2011. And I came back to India 7th March 2011 morning.
> > Last week my wife sent Email that please refund my all money we are not interested anymore to migrate. She got mail ask Amit to talk with me I talk with him he advised you give again exam for IELTS. I said no I don’t have money coz now from 2 months at home and not in this condition can pay 72000 Rs for Exam. I have wife and baby so many expanses he said but I can’t refund any money,you can read it in the booklet which I signed as authority paper.
> > I inquiry to Canadian high commission for my application status they already refused my application on 12th February 2011 because they don’t get IELTS result which I provide to Nextworld Immigration with 5 band or no confirm employment in Canada. For employment status he didn’t inform me which was so easy for me because I was in USA or can found job very easily.
> > Sir I search on Google.com www.immigrationfraudindelhi I found I am not only the person who suffer with this condition there is plenty people lost money or first fraud name is Sharat bhardwaj. Now only Police or media can save the people to fall in this trap
