I received a call from jobishh.com on 06/03/2017 they probably got my cv from monster or some other job site where I have uploaded my profile. a lady called swetha first spoke to me and said I need to register to get a special "profile ID" which is then forwarded to companies where my profile shortlisted. after I agreed to it, she forwarded the call to a guy called joseph and from him to Manoj Kumar who is from the job advising team or something. he listed some fancy job offers with salaries according to my profile. then, he connected me back to the first guy joseph. now this guy wanted me to register in order to get a "profile ID" and pay INR-87550 to secure my profile. when I hesitated, he reiterated that they are not for making money but to provide trust worthy services to clients. after few minutes of arguing, I realized nothing's going to happen until I committed to pay the amount. By telephonic conversation jobishh team attracted to their site by offering job opportunity through their concern, while entered to their site the jobishh team members compelled to take take more services by offering some job assurance, finaly they collected me some amount through online and they send a service acknowledgement to me with entire different statement which they promised while registering.

In the below mail I mentioned clearly I don't want any service or updates from Jobishh, Iam not in a condition of spending thousands of money to search a job, as well as Jobishh's representatives statement and the matter in the service acknowledgement is entirely different. My decision is clear I don't want any more unnecessary telephonic discussion about this. Iam expecting the amount refund soon.

· Company shall not be responsible for any refund or consider any refund request if signed copy of this Service Acknowledgment not received from customer’s end, in spite of 3 reminders from Jobishh, within 7 days from the date of initial email of Service Acknowledgement.

· In case any cancellation or refund request made within 24 hours from the service purchase date, the refund will follow 7-9 business days else any cancellation or refund request after 24 hours from the service purchase date, will subject to company’s discretion depending upon the terms and conditions of Jobishh, the refund process will follow 30 business days from the refund request date.
