Since 2nd june 2016, we are charged for 4 months as auto debit from our company's bank account. Today is 20-july so we expect that just dial must charge for 2 months of service only and not the advance 2 months.
We have tried many times to contact mr. Vijay kumar singh (His phone number [protected]) from noida branch and he is unresponsive.
He has stopped taking our calls also.
This issue is of high concern to us.
I am writing to you with the hope to resolve this subject with urgency.
