I had ordered two items from jockey.in online website which were marked as available and after paying the sum of 1798/- in prepaid through wallet mode i was expecting the delivery within two weeks. But after 2 days i received a mail from jockey that my order no. #jk[protected] has been abruptly cancelled by the company and i should wait for further email updates or if i've any more queries i should write to them on [protected]@jockeyindia.com or call their customer care. I have waited patiently for more than a week and till now they haven't responded my mails or attended to my calls on their paid customer care service (Chargeable on the customer at a high tarrif rate). After coming through numerous similar complaints on this forum against jockey global clothing company i decided to file this complaint and request the concerned authorities to hold jockey for negligence, fraud and consumer related offences. What's more horrifying is that their customer service call centre is not attending to our calls and charging us for automated computer generated voice, that's plain cheating. They aren't responding to our calls/mails, in that case we're left with no other option and i am writing this complaint after coming across several such complaints against jockey on this forum where customers are cheated for months, if they refund me within 5 more days its fine and authorities must quash this complaint else i'll follow up with another complaint after 5 days.
Even on jockey.in website its mentioned that customer should wait for 3-4 working days to receive their refunds and in my case the prepaid order was cancelled by jockey not by me, so it was wholly their fault.
