John Deere India — Complaining about bad after sale service

My john deere tractor 1000hr service has come then i call service center to come to my home and do my tractor service then they say okk. And they told me to call a person belong to service center to tell him that he has to come my home for service my tractor johndeere 5405.

Then i call him he told me when my boos call then i leave from here. I say okk and i call again on that number and the boos or head of that service center say ok i told him to go. And after hr later i call again they dont answer my call and i call continuously for 2 to 3 hr they don't answer my call. Then i call with another number and same guy pick call and my brother ask for doing service of my tractor they say bring that tractor to here only and i say, tell him to come here only i will pay the charge. Then the guy say the charge will high because they come by jeep so the charge will be[protected] for labour charge only. My village is 50km far from satna service center. Then i say okk send them immediately i pay the charge. My work is stop without tractor so send them. And then he refuse he say you have to come here only and i say please come my work is stop and i face loss because this is time for farming i pay the charge please send them. Then he refuse this is not our problem you have to come here only.

By this my work is stop for 3day and i face loss more than 7000 a day then i go to johndeere service center and take my tractor service material and call another machanic from outside. For service my tractor.

Please fix that problem so in future no will face that problem or loss.
