I raised a complaint on 27th feb fro problem of my john king water geyser, and they raised a complaint and requested to wait 48 hours, as technician will visit the place and solve the issue but no one responded by the tat so i took number and called said will be coming with in 12pm by next day waited till 6pm no response and said that he will be visiting with in hour and but called many times for 2days but did not respond the call itself and post that after 3days technician called ranganathan from banglore called and visited the home was busy on call with someone did not see the gyser itself to rectifying the problem and told he will come back, waited for 2 hours and dialed the number but did not response for hole day, by next day when i called service center, they said there is no problem in geyser so the complaint is closed. And the service center is asking for service charges and the service center people is also very abusive on call i told that ill escalate this in media so reply was the we dont care about anything do what ever u want. So kindly do need any action on this please help us with this Was this information helpful? |
