[Resolved]  Johnson Control - Hitachi Air-conditioner India — after sales post-warranty support system.

I have purchased Hitachi split air conditioner and needed support post warranty. I find that company does not have any system and quality check on the support services being provided by their so called authorised maintenance support. They charge exorbitantly high, does not provide OEM sprares, any justification for requirement and its cost.

It seems company does not have any call center, help line, follow up for customer feedback and whether customer is satisfied with the service provider etc. Even the mail does not work with Hitachi AC and there is no way to interact with this company. Although product generally is good, it is not at all supported for service and maintenance especially post warranty.
