Johnson Controls India ( Hitachi) — Ductable ac 66 ton unit

I had installed 66 ton ducted unit in hall from hitachi dealer in bathinda naming ADEV ELECTRONICS. But since the ac installed does not work properly without any hesitation a single day there service person comes but issue was still not solved properly
I had complained to hitachi online site compaint no. [protected] But no one would like to entertain
I had purchased the product because i think johnson controls is a good company but there service was very poor
