Joshi Honda Panchkula Haryana — not giving my r. c.

I purchased a honda 4g activa from a sub-dealer of joshi honda at panchkula, haryana... All my billing and temperory no. Slip all are of joshi honda on 26/09/2017... I had paid all the expenses also for my r. C. But they are not submitting my file for further action and my temporary no. Had been expired on 25/10/2017... And i am continuously visiting them from that day... Please help me out of this situation... Its very anxious... They used to say that they will solve the issue next day till 11o' clock... I dnt know when will the next day come... Please help me out of this harshing situation...
