[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — refuse to pay

I am sahil from ranchi. I got an agreement of 1 pc jpg to doc project by josoft technologies of rs 17250/-. Their condition of cutooff was not fair. Anyway i did 3 works for them. Given all the live work from them is not visible clearly. I did all my job with great hard work. Omg, and their qc report such a crap. Who make this nonsense all the time qc report is wrong. I called all the 3 time and i count their mistake and they accept their mistake.in the agreement time mension for qc report is 7 days but time is taken by them at least 14 days. The time limitation is only for us but not for them.in the agreement the sentence "spelling error change of meaning" is not understanding by anyone. They give work of 250-270 pages, for any person 12 mistake is normal. If we did 12 spelling wrong of below 70% then their is no payment and no rework made by them. I have done only 12 mistakes but i didn't get my payment. This company is not paying properly after doing losts of hard work. I can prove all my statement which i have been mention above for this i am giving attachment below.

Updated by Sahil Kumar 25467 I do not believe that some people are still working with josoft techology... bhai hmlog ke pas faltu tym nhi h review dene ka phir v de rha hu... qki kuch log ka toh paisa lootne se bacha lu... toh smjho josoft se kaam krne se acha h kahi or mehant karo kam se km paisa milega.. wahan se salla mehant ke bad v paisa nhi h... fraud h fraud...

Hello Friend,
I am from Hazaribag Jharkhand.
I think that we are submit a complaints against company then anyone listen our thought. any one take any type of action against company.
is this site Indian consumer form then no any one start revolution against the this type of company.
we are write our problem thought and problem but no any one take legal action against company.
where is going our Indian Govt.
This type of Fraud company are also do it own work.
And normal people are trap.
This view is not phase not a particular company. Its for a only fraud company.
