Joy Guru Motor Training School — I am complaining about the fraud and immense disrespectful behavior about the mentioned school

I have applied to this school for my four wheeler DL and they have taken 8.5 K as a fee of the training and the entire process. Initially they have asked me to seat in the car and wasted my time training other people in that same time duration of my class. When I complained about that they started misbehaving and misguiding. They have taken the entire fee upfront saying payment towards DL application and all after that they denied classes and stated misbehaving when I called for the same. They have properly lotted the amount now whenever we tried reaching they just use abusive language and disconnect.
The head of this School is the main person behind all this who is staying next to my house, Named Sanjay Thapa. I am sure they have also cheated many more students in the same manner and I would like to seek for an justification.
