This complaint is regarding JS Group (Giani Ice Cream) franchise owned by Blue Moon Restaurant, MMR Mall, Bulandshahr, UP. It is a ice cream parlour, had visited there on 11/06/2016 and enjoyed the ice creams but when it comes to bill payment I have observed that they are charging VAT but not mentioning the TIN No. And I think TIN No. is mandatory to mention on the bills/invoice.
I want a strict action to be taken in against of them and they should compensate for making such frauds. A copy of the same bill is attached.
