Jsd Productions — cheating case - sent default items & they are ignoring calls, saying haven't received it have speed post delivery proof

Hello,

I bought items from JSD Productions Hyderabad and they sent me items which are not working -properly. They guaranteed me a refund once they receive the items back while the items are delivered by SpeedPost (Indian Post) and they say they didn't receive it.

I either need my items back or need refund. Have got entire conversation in whatsapp.
