JSERC — NON DELIVERY OF ELECTRICITY BILL

Sir, My father Mr Raghubansh Nidhi resident of Panchvati Nagar, Bhuli Basti Road, P.O Bhuli, Dist Dhanbad (Jharkahnd) 828104, is a consumer of JSEB with consumer number 0BHD28426. No (R) no electricity bill has been delivered at this address since installation of electric meter while meter reading is being taken in routine. After querying at JSEB office, it has been found that the address on the bill is of Shyam Nagar. Now who has installed the electric Meter? Who fed the address of Shyam Nagar as the billing address? Both are JSEB official only. Then why this mistake? I have raised this issue with PMO office also and requesting you too, to amend the billing so that our electricity bill may be delivered at correct address and we can pay our dues timely.
