I have ordered online from Jshopping.in of LG AC against Order ID 1831398 with the match pics of my ol remote i have paid order COD for Rs.349/- but unfortunately this product no compatible my LG AC so i have discussed the costumer care no. [protected] for return the same order. after discussion they have agreed for returned or reverse the order and said that refund will come to your account when package received
but today i have received the sms for rs.274/- credited to your account. ihave already talk with costumer for short money received but he has not given specified reason and sent me to the whatsapp pics for Rs.274/- instead of Rs.349/-they have also send me a mail of the product that showing full money refunded rs.349/- and not mentioned any where deduction charges or reason.
I have fully harrased by j shopping.in website name SMJ Technologies so i want to claim for this harrasment
You are requested to please strictly action will be taken of this type of Fraud Sites and says to refund my full amount with harrasment claim at the earliest possible which i paid
