I have ordered for infinix hot s3 premium tempered glass & screen protector - quantity 2 nos (+1 free as per offer) via order reference[protected] placed on 04/21/2018 amounting to ₹ 298.00

Product that i received was completely of different model and smaller size. I took the product images and send it to the owner - raaj dala who assured me that he will be shipping the correct product.

They didn’t pick up the previous product and delivered 2nd package on may 6th. This time also the product was completely same, what was shipped 1st time.

Again i complained about the same to raaj and then he informed me that there is some glitch in shipping my product and hence will process with refund. He also informed me that since there is no reverse pickup option available – i can use the product.

However these tempered glasses (Now total of 3 + 3= 6) were of no use for me, as i do not have that mobile model/make.

As i don’t wanted to unnecessary have the loss for this seller, from the kindness, i returned all his 6 glasses by registered post that costed my ₹ 62.00 - receipt attached

I again called raaj dala to check if they had received all his 6 nos of tempered glasses back, since the same was showing as delivered on indian post tracking.

He confirmed on june 4th, 2018 that he has received his product and will process my refund now, which is almost like 40 days after my initial order.

I waited for next 7-10 days as my refund was not processed and started calling him. Neither he was answering my call or replying back to my whatsapp messages.
I called him from different number and this time he answered. I requested him that if he is not willing to refund me, atleast send me the differ product of same value. Wherein he informed the product i am looking for is not available and hence the refund will be done.
He shared his personal number and took my bank & paytm details for processing refund.

Now it’s been more than 2 months that i am following on my refund. I would have made more that 50 – 60 calls, whatsapp messages, but there is no response from him.

I request some authority from consumer forum to look into this issue and take action.

My total refund amount pending is ₹ 360.00 (I. E. ₹ 298.00 + ₹ 62.00)
