My wife had Immunotherapy session on 30.09.2022. Bill was given to me. On checking it next day, I realized that Rs. 9200/- towards procedure was not charged to me. On 01.10.2022, I contacted day care accounts staff and briefed about wrong preparations of Hospital bill. I was told that now new bill can not be prepared and hence I should keep mum. I tried to convince that lady but she told me to forget the matter.

I was admitted on 13th august around 23 hrs for high fever
They had taken blood for flu testing and swab testing for which they said it is positive and no physical report was given in my hand. Blood test for flu not yet received as on phone response is very poor
My insurance papers for cashless not submitted on time for which i lost mt money

Dear Team,

My father is a regular patient of jupiter hospital. We have been taking chemo since 7 months. I want to complain about following issues in Daycare department 3rd floor Thane:
1- no availability of beds at given appointment. We come on time and have to wait for 2 hrs to secure bed.
2- No or late availability of drug. The required drug or equipments are always unavailable and procured only after arrival...

Very pathetic service of Jupiter for refund...Unless we chase refund team hundred time, they won't plan to give you your deposit.

I had a very bad experience. My TPA had done payment days back...still after getting no response i had to daily chase the hospital. Then they work on their sweet time to address your query.

Hope hospital improves on this.

I did an X-Ray for my wife on 15/05/2022 at Jupiter Hospital, Baner- Pune.
Till date I have not received the signed report. I personally visited the Hospital last Saturday but still was unable to get it. The only response I get is Radiologist-MD is not available, hence report is not being signed.

I again called up today and got the same response. I could not get any number to make a complaint, hence raising a complaint...

I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Just building a beautiful hospital does not make it good for patients. Such slow service and pathetic hospital. Please do something to improve your service....

Pathetic behaviour and careless attitude towards people who are in need of desperate medical attention and with tight budget.
Not ready to wait till the money is arranged and keep asking for money without that not ready to treat the patient as well.
Scaring the hell out people by saying pay or take your patient in this condition to some other place and at the same forcing people to stay back by telling this is very critical...

I have been trying to reach your health care team and do not get proper revert. Whenever i call them they transfer the line to a place where nobody picks up.

I have been doing health check in Jupiter for last 5 years and see the change in attitude in the last couple of years. Last year i let it go as it was tough COVID times. The staff though need to understand that other side is also hit buy COVID.br...

My mother is currently having by lass surgery at Jupiter Hospital, Thane and my dad is waiting outside the surgery room at 3rd floor. Doctor has advised him to stay here only. He needed water so I tried to go to 3rd floor taking bisleri but lift man denied my entry in lift and started behaving very rudely..iI requested him that will deliver the bottle and come down by same lift still he kept on shouting to move out of lift...is...
