I have bought a jvc tv smart tv for 40k from flipkart and the tv was not functional with in 3 months period after so many followup they changed the motherboard after 2 months waiting period and then it worked for 2 months again having the same issue. I have raised a complaint no rj[protected] on jan 6 and the service team has denied the duty to attend to the customer problem during the warrenty period and to solve the youtube not loading issue and tv not responding issue.
