With reference to the subject cited above, we have purchased Jyoti 427 Sleek NA Matte – 3D Burner by invoice no WA22-23/0907 dtd 17 Sug 2022.
I thank you Jyoti this wonderful product. I must appreciate the efforts of your salesman till selling the product. A team member from Wanaworie has delivered it on 19th Aug, 2022 and installed stove at our house.
But unfortunately from the day we are continuously following up for leakage in gas supply from the stove. Your technician came and after regular communication with team Wanoworie, they offered us to replace one of the part.
Its not expected from the company like Jyoti. We are feeling cheated by buying this product. Your team has cheated us by supplying damaged peace. I tried to contact one Mr Viraj Shaha, but I was unable to connect him personally.
From last 3 days we are ordering outside food. Here after while using this Gas Stove, if any accident occurs, you will be held responsible for the same.
I hope, you take this matter seriously. I request you to pray for our safety as you people have supplied a faulty stove after charging the full amount. Was this information helpful? |
