Sir,
This is a letter of complaint regarding TNEB Vellore JE/08M/SPT, Tamil Nadu,
I was shocked today I received my last utility bill to note that the amount due was amount 7, 344. /- EB No[protected] & amount 3, 912./- EB No[protected] . This sum is much greater than that what I normally payed previous months. I have not used any applications to a sufficiently greater extent than in previous months and do not understand the increase in (electrical) power as your indicate on the bill. I never payed this amount.
I have not that any more people living in my home, nor have I purchased any new appliances, I am enclosing a copy of my present bill copy and my last one so that you may see the difference to which I`m referring, and I`d ask you to re-assess my power usages for this period, I believe that there has been an error in how your computer usage. Or perhaps your meter- reader simply misread my meter. I request to change new condition good meter immediately, Please contact me to information me of your findings,
Please let me know what action will be taken to rectify this situation and to see that it does not happen again.
