Reference telephone bill no.[protected] dated 06.04.15 for my telephone no.[protected] for the usage in the month of march 2015
an amount of rs.250/- has been charged for installation charges for modem owned by customer which does not pertain to me.
Actually i have surrendered the bsnl modem during that period and changed the bill plan to rs.675/-
i have been using the modem outsourced. There is no question of installation charges. Please clarify and credit that amount in my subsequent bill. In this connection i have enquired over phone several times. B ut regret no action has been taken. Please do the needful . Was this information helpful? |
