On 4th april at 11 am ratan roy a technician fromm urbanclap came to clean my window ac. Soon after he left i experienced huge noise coming out of ac fan and also ac stopped cooling completely. I complained to urban clap and every time they send message saying they’ll contact me soon but one month is over and no one ever contacted. I need full refund of my money apart from full ac repairing charge.
