This is my personal experience: I dealt with Priyanka. I paid Rs9000 (they sent someone within 3 hours to collect money) Jan 6, 2023. Fine print of contract had all kinds of conditions. First red flag: They emailed me the contract of someone else revealing the elderly man's full address, his need, and the cost of 24 hour worker (Kerum K whose details I won't reveal). Ethically wrong. We needed 12 hour worker and my mom's name was nothing like Kerum. Who knows where all they sent my mom's personal details. Priyanka had all kind of excuses, had me speak to "higher up" but no refund unless we tried their workers. She promised they have good workers. The company felt it was OK to simply send my mom's contract. No accountability for sending an elderly person's full details to us by mistake when they are in the business of helping elderly. Next: Workers were sent when we were not expecting them, some did not come and agency said they had come -- how can they lie constantly? And the ones whose profile were sent were not a match in any aspect we asked for. We simply wanted someone who had basic reading ability to help my mom take her medicines and remind her. Basic housework was needed sweep and mom. Lastly, keep company with my mom for safety to help her. She is fully independent. We received not 1 good candidate and could not get our money back. We spent over a month trying to get workers from this agency, not 1 was suitable but they asked us to work with them to find a good match and constantly sent people who had zero English reading even to read the simplest thing, such as medicine name with time to be given or set out for my mom. Lost Rs9000 for no reason. After losing so much time, they asked us to write an email stating our need for refund, and then they no longer accepted our calls and emails. 3 siblings who came from abroad had to waste time with this agency. I hope this review helps someone else to not fall into their trap.
