Half baked news.. In the Special Leave Petition preferred by the plaintiff, she has relied on and/or referred to the order passed by the honourable Civil Judge, 1st Court (Sr. Div) at Barasat, being no. 22 dated 21st April, 2017 in the matter of T.S 579 of 2016 in support of her claim. The honourable Supreme Court after duly taking the said order into consideration vis-à-vis the order dated 19th June, 2017 passed in C.O. No. 1899 of 2017 by honorable Justice Sanjib Banerjee of Kolkata High Court, has been pleased to uphold the later. Therefore no such requirement of disclosing the pendency of the litigation in the deed of transfer to be made by the principal defendant in favour of the proposed transferees of the same suit property and or any portion thereof till the disposal of the suit regarding which the Half baked news.
