I had raised a service request end of Jan 2021 vide Request no [protected]. I had a requirement to replace drip tray which is broken on my hob. I contacted with the local service and they told me that parts are not available.
It has been more than a month that service is pending. No response to my emails also. This is not expected. I am very disappointed with their after sales service. Want them to resolve at the earliest.
