The quality of the product is terrible and customer service is equally bad. I had a tough time to get help from Kaff to replace the burnt motor last year. The new Kaff electric chimney stopped working in 6 months with a burnt motor. It took several months to get the replacement motor and fix it. Now, the replaced motor is burnt again in less than 6 months.
I'm scared to see how long it will take now to get this replaced and how much money it will cost me. I'm inclined just to replace the whole chimney with a better brand and insist my family and friends to stay away from this product. Was this information helpful? |
