We have called kaff toll free number ([protected]) for lodging a complaint and lodged complaint on 29th august, 2020. Till date 3 times we have lodged complaints and one technician contacted us he has not resolved the problem and he is more keen on cleaning chimney privately/ personally to make money for himself his mobile no: [protected] and we have rejected his proposal & requested him resolve our complaint but he was not responded afterwards.
We have once again lodged complaint and another technician called us & his mobile no is :[protected], just to understand the problem (Though we have sent whatts app photo and clearly explained model no and problem) he will visit and he charges rs.350/- and he said if we have not paid he will not visit and he said we can go to any body including kaff appliances india pvt ltd managing director, he just don't care us and disconnected phone abruptly.
