I have purchased a camera lens from amazon on (9/7/2020) by making payment of 6134 through indian bank debit card. I have cancled the item and amazon initiated refund on (9/7/2020) with sending a message of that amont credited to u r accont successfully. They even shared transaction i'd on my request #[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch which has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care but indian bank customer care executives denying it. Please take necessary action for this refund process
