Kakatiya University — Bsc certificate

Gud afternoon sir, iam shobharani.aleti from hyderabadl.i completed degree in 2004 to 2008 at govt degree college mancherial, i went to the college for certificate on same year, but the college people told that time we are not receiving your memo and all, and i went after a month again they were telling same thing then i asked when should i get my all certificate they told.u wil apply to UNIVERSITY the university, i applied many times but iam not getting memo and all, Recetly i went to the university they are telling we already send dat all copies to ur college so we are not giving again, what should i do plz tel me
