Kakatiya University — Issue of Convocation certificate

Sir, I am Raju from Karimnagar.I completed my BSC from KU in 2009.I didn't take my convocation certificate till now.I have PSU Bank interview in Second week of January2015, I require convocation for that.I heard that the VC is not avialable.Is it true? then please let me know is there any another way to get the certificate either normal or tatkal.
