Kakuli Dehariya — 10/- coin not accepted in Raipur market, Medical shops etc

I have purchased a mask of Rs 10/-, but the medical store shop refuse to take my 10/- coin.
I was only having 2000/- Note,
so it was painful.
Do some thing to that Medical Shopkeeper and others to accept the coin.
Otherwise cancel the registrtion of that shop.
And give a warning in the market.
