I have purchased an air conditioner on 12th June 22 however on the 13th at 10:25AM I have requested for installation (Since It was ordered for senior citizen), Since from them we have called at-least 20+ time to customer service team and ever time a new excuse has been given.
Due to such a temperature the buyer (senior citizen) has suffered mentally and physically a lot and have had problem like stomach upset, high BP etc..
We have all the call records and wanted to take this matter to consumer complaint team for a compensation and clarification of such a delay in service
