Kalliyath Sanitations, Tirur — Not proving the bills for the product to claim warranty

I have purchased Jaquar plumbing products worth 70k on 2018. Now fee of the products are damaged and i registered service request for the same under warranty (10 years). But the service man won’t repair or replace this under warranty since we missed the bills . I have contacted Kalliyath Sanitation (dealer ) to get my bills from their server. But they mentioned that they will delete bills from their servers after one year of purchase. This is so painful. I never experienced such cases from any of other Jaquar dealers. They should provide us a new bill or give us a warranty card . Please do the needful
